Remembrance A Poor Kitten

Last Saturday my old friend and his girlfriend found a poor kitten in the condo area I stay, this poor kitten is just about 3-4 weeks old. They found it at the car park and the kitten looks so sick there.

According to a security guard, this poor kitten lost it's mother which suspect died and then bullied by other adult cats. I can see it injured so badly. My friend decided to send this poor kitten to SPCA (Society of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) in Ampang, but the guard told them the kitten can't survive longer. We don't care so much, at least we put some hopes to this poor kitten. Then my friend feed it with some cat foods and milk to make sure it is safe.

The next morning they send it to SPCA, and I got the bad news, the person incharge in SPCA told them the poor kitten was having very very bad trauma, cat's flu and serious internal injury. There is no hope for this kitten to survive, it only got two choices, one is dump at road side and let it die slowly, another option is they will give injection to this kitten to 'sleep' forever.

Hell... they got no better option so just leave the kitten for injection, we don't want to dump it at road side to suffer any longer more... That's really a bad and sad news to everyone. My friend's girlfriend cried for the whole day because of this. Sigh...

It's Friday again and this mean another 'boring' weekend for me is coming soon. To ease this boringness, listening to rock songs is the best solution for me. This weekend my choice of Band Of The Week goes to Starship.

I guess most of you will very familiar with their songs, I started with my all time favorite - We Build This City, I got to know this song through my uncle who was a rocker too when I was a small kid. Next will be Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now, this song also sang in different languages by other singles before. Lastly is my another favorite, Sara, it's a beautiful song.

About Starship

It was called as Jefferson Starship in early 1970's which is an American rock band formed by several former members of psychedelic rock group Jefferson Airplane. This band was formed by Paul Kantner.

This 'prototype' version of Jefferson Starship included David Crosby, Graham Nash and Grateful Dead members Jerry Garcia, Bill Kreutzmann, and Mickey Hart, as well as some of the remaining members of Jefferson Airplane, lead singer Grace Slick, drummer Joey Covington and bassist Jack Casady.

I can say this band's members are very confusing, they keep on changing in 70's. Until in 1984, Kantner left the band then taking legal action over Jefferson name against his former bandmates, who wanted to continue as Jefferson Starship. Kantner won the suit. The band then changed to Starship Jefferson, but then the name was reduced to simply Starship.

Grace Slick left Starship in 1988, having become disillusioned with the band's new pop image and swearing never to perform with them again. With Slick's departure, Thomas became lead singer, an amazing feat, since he was leading a band that had been founded when he was just 15 years old. The revamped lineup released Love Among the Cannibals in 1989, however, they had disbanded by 1990.

Now, there are two versions of 'Jefferson Starship' — one (with Thomas at the forefront) is officially billed as 'Starship featuring Mickey Thomas' which focuses on newer music of Jefferson Starship/Starship from 1979-1990. The other is a revived 'Jefferson Starship' (often called 'Jefferson Starship: The Next Generation' or 'Jefferson Starship-TNG') which is a throwback to the original Jefferson Airplane, with Kantner and Balin as leaders, and Diana Mangano replacing Grace Slick as female singer. This latter band plays frequent concerts, and on occasion, Jack Casady joins them as well. In 2005, longtime bassist David Freiberg rejoined the group for their "Jefferson Family Galactic Reunion" Tour, and continues to tour with the band.

Durian Fest

It's been almost 2 years I never ate durian. Last year I was sick during the durian season, so I missed it.

Last weekend I supposed to take part in a charity activity for durian hunting which organised by a rotary club, but our key person can't make it, so we just have to cancel the trip for durian hunting.

Yesterday, my working company organised a durian fest for all the staffs. It was really nice and I never expected it, according to my colleague, he said the company bought about 800kg of durian for the durian fest!

I really enjoy with the durian and I ate so much until my stomach almost burst. I really took the revenge for last year that I never had any durian... haha. We can't finish it all, some they 'tapao' back. Thanks to my big boss who spent us a nice durian fest.

Just came back from my farewell dinner and booze organised by my ex-director and other bosses, I'm really touched and it will be my most memorable moment in my life. They are really my best ever superior in my working life, they really taught and guided me a lot during I work in government. Thank you all so much, I really owe you all so much.

I believe everyone is talking about Malaysia National Football Team lately of the worst ever defeated in AFC Tournament. I think I no need to elaborate so much the quality of our national team in the tournament, the results showed everything.

The first match we lost 1-5 to China, second match lost 0-5 to Uzbekistan and the third match not so bad, we lost 0-2 to Iran. So the total score is 1-12. It's really embarrassing as a host country for this tournament.

The first time when I saw Malaysia Team came out to the field, I was so surprise that our national team's jersey is sponsored by NIKE! Wow! Since when NIKE sponsor to Malaysia Team? I thought our team will be very competitive since NIKE only sponsors to stronger team or sportsman or sportswoman.

Since the worst defeat, many people suggested FAM should change their management as well the players too. To me, if the changes still with the same spirits, discipline, mentality and determination, it will still the same.

Few days back, I saw FAM logo has been changed by someone from my email, then I only realised, the change of logo is much suitable for this moment, let's see...

Back From Blogger Booze

I just came back from Blogger Booze gathering not long ago, I use different and longer route to come home to avoid road block although I'm not drunk but I just don't want get into any trouble.

The gathering was great, at least most of them were walking around and greet each other, chit chat, socialising and so on... This time I really met lots of new blogger and non blogger friends, and I don't feel like an 'alien' anymore, hehe.

In the beginning, myself, Hizecool and Huei were plan to meet up together before the gathering, I was lost in Plaza Damas as I don't know where Modesto is... LOL, how embarrassing. Finally I found it after I called up Daniel to guide me to the exact location. When I found the place I met up with Kukujiaoman, first time met him and he's a real nice guy and friendly.

As usual, how can I miss the camwhore session? LOL... I think I'm addicted with camwhore session already, please prepare more plastic bags in case you all vomit after seeing so much of my ugly pictures ok? Don't say I don't warn you ok?

Megatron Down On The Road

Since now still got Transformer fever... yesterday I saw Megatron was down on a road.

Yesterday was damn busy outside from my office, my boss asked me to go for a glass manufacture factory visit at Puchong, then witness the facade structure test at Balakong. I drove alone and got lost, luckily I managed to find the way back to my office at Shah Alam.

While I was looking the way back to my office, the traffic was so terrible jam, then I only realised got an accident happened when I stopped at the traffic light. I was so 'keypoh' (busy body) and took out my mobile phone to snap some pictures at that scene.

A giant lorry was laying down right after the turn, I think must be the driver turned at that junction too fast with heavy metal load on it, or maybe the lorry is too old, the suspension can't take it anymore?

Luckily the lorry driver was ok, no serious injury I guess so. I was wondering, why no rescue truck or crane on the spot? No police traffic to control the situation. I think it may just happened not too long when I passed by.

I was invited by MiccObaYb for Malaysian Blogger's Day party at Friendster Cafe, Damansara Perdana. The event was not bad, too bad I got no chance to know everyone there, everyone was busing with own clan and the lighting was too dark, I can't really recognize who is who. When I was about to leave, I only met Alvin and just chit chat for a short while.

I don't really know most of the bloggers there except CKYeo I went together with him and Gallivanter we met during the Together-gather Bloggers Party in March. Damn Yankees was formed in 1989 by Tommy Shaw of Styx, Jack Blades of Night Ranger, Ted Nugent of Amboy Dukes and his solo career, and Michael Cartellone.

After 1993, Ted Nugent revived his solo career and left the band. During the hiatus, Shaw and Blade met with Nugent to record new album in 1998, but the album failed to please either the band members. Some of the materials were featured in Blades and Nugent on each solo album.


Damn Yankees only released two albums so far, Damn Yankees (1990) and Don't Treat (1992). This band is just like a side project band for these four yankees from all different four corners of the nation.

Is Google Earth Reliable?

For KL folks, I think most of you know where is Jalan Alor located and that street is full of hawker stall foods. It's located near to Jalan Bukit Bintang which is in the most busy place in KL city.

Yesterday when I was in office and tried to browse Google Earth to search some roads and location for some projects, then I found out something was not right, I saw Jalan Alor is located in Federal Highway and opposite of Subang Parade.

I can't believe with my own eyes, then I clicked on the point to view the picture of the location, then I saw the picture is right on the Jalan Alor at Bukit Bintang, both sides of the road full of shop houses and food stalls.

1 km from Batu Tiga (Shah Alam)?

Then I read the detail of the picture and I saw it's located just 1 km from Batu Tiga, Shah Alam? It's not logic right? How come from the plan view there is no building along the road but in the picture has it?

Then I double checked again to Bukit Bintang area, then I saw another Jalan Alor which is suppose to be the Jalan Alor (hawker street) as mentioned in Google Earth.

Imagine if we too depending on Google Earth to look for a location, we may get lost in somewhere if they never show the exact location.

How come a most famous and attractive tourist spot can be mistaken pointed in Google Earth? Let's have some hawker foods in the middle of Federal Highway!

Great Weekend

1. Iceman Calms Hamilton's Heat

It was a great race of F1 British Grand Prix for Kimi Raikkonen, the winner of the race started from 2nd position behind Lewis Hamilton. Bad luck for Felipe Massa who supposed to start at 4th grid suffered start problem right before the race start and forced to start from behind.


At the first stint of the race, Hamilton was leading all the way but Raikonnen was tailing him less than a second behind, with the race strategy, Raikkonen managed to lead the race until Alonso made a short pit stop and managed to take the lead at the 2nd stint of the race.

With the team strategy again, Raikkonen took the lead at the final stint until end of the race. Hamilton suffered with wrong tyre choice and flatted spot on tyre managed to finish at 3rd position. Meanwhile Alonso's strategy doesn't work for him and only can finish as runner up.

Kimi Raikkonen

It's the back to back winning for Raikkonen who just won the French Grand Prix last weekend. I'm so happy to see him wins again and Mclaren still remain as leader of constructor's championship. I'm not Ferrari fan but I support Kimi Raikkonen, Mclaren always is my number one team in my heart.

2. Live Earth Concert

I missed the Live Earth concerts on the most memorable day (070707), I don't have Astro and local TV stations are not showing the whole concert. Live Earth is similar as previous Live Aid, Live8 for charity and awareness about problems on this earth. Live Earth is mainly for global warming awareness.

The reason I'm not so keen to watch Live Earth concert just because the artists or groups line up are not that impressed me. I remember during Live8 in 2005, I was rushing to my friend's house to watch the concert from 8pm till next morning just to wait my all time number one favorite legendary classic rock band - Pink Floyd. It was a special reunion from Pink Floyd, when the moment they performed the first song 'Breathe', I was so happy and so touch till my tear also dropped.

Today I checked on YouTube for the Live Earth concert, I only realised that one of co-founder of Pink Floyd, Roger Waters was performing for Live Earth! I was... aarrggghhh!!!! Why I over look his name on the artist line up list? Well, still not so bad at all, I managed to watch all his performance through YouTube. Surprisingly, Waters played all Pink Floyd songs! One of my favorite song from Pink Floyd is 'Another Brick In The Wall', this song I use for my mobile phone's ringtone too!



It was a great performance by Roger Waters, the guitarist also did a great job on the guitar solo part and played very similar like from album. The only different was the tone is more heavier than the original version, I love that Fender Telecaster guitar too! Hehe...

REDtone/eB Is Forcing Me To Stop Blogging

I'm using my mobile to update this post. For your all info I may stop blogging or cyberworld due to my internet service provider (REDtone or eB) has given me the most SHIT services ever! I can't access into internet peacefully, no Streamyx available here, jaring wireless' signal also weak here. I got no other choices anymore, I really wanted to terminate REDtone/eB services. I paid so much for it but it seems like no internet service at all! I'm not gonna blog during office hour and I hate to go cyber cafe. REDtone/eB really screwed up my life, internet is only my best partner in my life after my working hour, now I really no idea what to do in my daily life after work. Lastly allow me to express my anger here... FUCK YOU REDtone/eB!!!

Haunted!!!

Everything is haunted now, my internet connection still haunted like hell, please DON'T ask my internet connection again can or not? If you see I no update or never read your blog, it means my internet connection is down! So I no need to explain anymore ok?

I think myself also being haunted! Haunted by money la! I really did a big mistake to leave government, now I have to pay back my car loan to government in lump sum for about RM 33k! Hell... where to get such money in a short period? Bank also won't loan me because I just join a new company, their requirement at least 3 to 6 months work in a new company. If I stay put in government, after the salary increment the salary is about the same like what I get now... hell... what's wrong with me? I really haunted by 'bad luck' or 'wrong timing' all the time!

Sorry to all that no update and never read your all blogs for few days, the main reason was my internet connection at home down again... sigh.

I received an email last week that I feel it's quite interesting, I know many of you are concern about diet based on calorie intake and output in your daily life, but do you ever meassure calorie expenditure of different sexual activities?

After I saw the chart now I only realised why I keep on control my foods intake, do more exercises and yet I still put on weight. Now I found out because I don't have such 'exercise' in my life... hahaha.
