Remember my previous post about my iPhone from Maxis? Yesterday I received a call from Maxis to inform me that can collect my iPhone 3GS now.
I was so surprised, it just took about 10 days instead of 1 month as they promised.
The only dissatisfaction from me is the counter service was too slow, I was waiting for my turn for nearly 2 hours and have to skip my dinner!!! Many were U-turn back and unhappy due to long waiting.
Maxis shall reconsider their customer service system and extra counters in order to speed up and get more support from customers.

It's due to they help you unlock the phone also so you can use whatever provider of your choice

Only 4 countries in this world can have unlock iPhone... Malaysia is one of it... rocks!
